 Job Description:

As an Account Manager at DHOW Marcom Agency, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions. Your role will involve managing projects across teams, ensuring that our high standards of service and creativity are maintained.

 Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.

– Oversee multiple client accounts and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

– Coordinate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

– Monitor project performance, analyze metrics, and provide clients with regular updates and insights.

– Identify opportunities to improve service quality and enhance client satisfaction.

 Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

– 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or similar roles.

– Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

– Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

– Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
