Responsibilities

⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring thorough understanding and addressing of their needs and goals.
⦁ Forge and nurture strong relationships, guiding clients through a successful journey towards achieving their objectives.
⦁ Collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams to develop and execute global marketing campaigns with a client-centric approach.
⦁ Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
⦁ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, exceeding client expectations.
⦁ Conduct thorough analysis of marketing and communication KPIs, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
⦁ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytic performance reports.

Requirements

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
⦁ Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing or advertising agency with a global clientele.
⦁ Exceptional client-servicing skills, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
⦁ Outstanding project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a global perspective.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, especially in communication strategy.
⦁ Analytic and research skills.
