Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Social Media Community Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Community Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing online communities across various social media platforms. You will engage with audience, foster meaningful interactions, and uphold brands online presence with authenticity and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Execute social media engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
⦁ Curate, create, and publish compelling content across social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
⦁ Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty.
⦁ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the agency,
⦁ Analyze social media metrics and insights to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
⦁ Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to elevate the presence on social media.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
⦁ 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a similar role.
⦁ Proven track record of managing social media accounts and cultivating engaged online communities.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
⦁ Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
⦁ Passion for building authentic connections with online audiences and fostering positive community engagement.
⦁ English and Arabic languages are a must.
