 Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at DHOW Marcom Agency, you’ll be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will manage content creation, community interactions, and analytics to help drive our clients’ online presence to new heights.

 Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.

– Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

– Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely, professional manner.

– Build relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates.

– Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report insights to clients.

– Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative ideas for social engagement.

 Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– 2+ years of experience in social media management or community management.

– Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and cultivating engaged online communities.

– Strong written communication skills and creativity.

– Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools.

– Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

– Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
